Our CEO and Co-founder, Guy Day, an award-winning recruitment leader with over 12 years of experience, saw an opportunity to improve how recruitment agencies were managed. He recognised the need for a more streamlined and data-driven approach, instead of relying on separate systems and manual processes. To achieve this vision, he partnered with Andrew Worsley, an experienced technologist and data consultant, to bring the technical expertise needed to navigate the complexities of recruitment data.
